Limited Lifetime Warranty

Warranty category:
Only apply for the product you buy from Amazon or our company. It doesn’t include the product you buy from another sales channel. If you buy it from other channel, please contact with the original distributor or store who will handle this issue for you.

Below situation will be not included to warranty category either.
  1. The normal wear and tear after use.
  2. The normal wearing caused by long-term or high-frequency use.
  3. Improper operation or overload use that caused the product damage.
  4. Working with our product by wrong spec. or wrong application.
  5. The material deteriorates due to storage for a long time.
  6. Damage to the product due to floods, fires or other natural disasters, wars or other unusual events which is out of customer’s control.
  7. Appearance damage such as scratches, cuts or dents which was caused by human factors.
How you ask for Warranty service from our side?

Please offer us below information to help our side to clarify responsibility.

  1. Please describe the quality issue you encounter, for example: how it damages? Or how it couldn’t work or it is damage during delivery?
  2. Offering us the photo or video.
  3. Telling us your purchased date or order number.

Once we judge the problem is caused by our side, we will take 100% responsibility.
